Acceptable Use Policy

Don't use the Service to

• Send texts or place calls to people who haven't contacted your business or consented, or send marketing texts without consent.
• Impersonate another business or person, or mislead callers about who they're talking to when they ask.
• Record calls without the notices and consents required by law.
• Collect sensitive information such as full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information over the AI line.
• Handle emergency services, medical triage, or anything where a delayed or wrong answer could put someone at risk, beyond the built-in instruction to call 911.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone, or violate any law.
• Probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it without our written agreement.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. When we can, we'll warn you first. Report abuse to vivekthakor887@gmail.com.
