Terms of Service
Last updated 10/18/2026
1. Who we are and what we provide
Callivio provides an AI-powered phone answering, booking and messaging service (the “Service”) for home-service businesses (“you”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account, including your team members.
Information you give us about your business (services, prices, hours, emergency rules) is used to configure your AI receptionist. You're responsible for keeping it accurate. The AI only quotes prices you enter.
3. Calls handled by AI
The Service uses automated voice technology to answer calls placed to phone numbers you forward to us. By default the receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant.
AI can make mistakes. Review call summaries and bookings, and use “Mark as wrong outcome” so we can improve. The Service is not an emergency service: for gas leaks, fire or immediate danger it instructs callers to contact 911 or their utility, and it is not a substitute for those services.
4. Call recording and consent
Call recording is on by default and plays a recording notice at the start of each call. Some U.S. states require the consent of all parties to record. You're responsible for complying with recording and consent laws that apply to your business; keep the notice enabled whenever recording is on.
You may turn recording off in your settings.
5. Text messages
Text messages are sent on your behalf only to people who contacted your business, for transactional and follow-up purposes (booking confirmations, missed-call text-backs, quote follow-ups, review requests). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help; we honor these automatically. Text messaging requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC); you agree to provide accurate registration information. You won't use the Service to send marketing texts to people who haven't consented.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled and include a set number of AI minutes. Minutes over your allowance are billed at your plan's overage rate at the end of each monthly period. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes.
Free trials last for the advertised number of days or minutes, whichever comes first. If a card is required for the trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends; cancel before then to avoid charges.
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we don't provide prorated refunds except where required by law. If a payment fails we'll notify you; after 10 days we may pause AI answering, during which calls are forwarded to your phone.
7. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend the Service for violations, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others.
8. Your data
You own the data you and your callers provide (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to process it to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell Customer Data.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, and we configure your number so calls ring your phone if our systems are unavailable. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service; third-party providers (telephony, voice, AI) may have outages outside our control.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions: vivekthakor887@gmail.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
