Privacy Policy

Who this covers
This policy covers (a) businesses that use Callivio (“customers”) and (b) people who call or text those businesses (“callers”). For callers, the business you called is responsible for how it uses your information; we process it on the business's behalf.
What we collect
From callers: phone number, what you say on the call (audio recording when recording is enabled, and a transcript), details you share such as name, address and the problem you need fixed, and text messages you send.
From customers: account details (name, email, business information), billing information processed by our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers), and usage data.
From website visitors: pages viewed and forms you submit. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
How AI handles calls
Calls to a customer's AI number are answered by an automated voice assistant. Speech is converted to text, processed by an AI language model to understand the request and respond, and converted back to speech. The assistant can book appointments and send the business a summary.
How we use information
To answer calls and messages, book appointments, notify the business, send confirmations and follow-ups the business has enabled, provide support, prevent abuse, bill customers, and improve the Service (including reviewing calls flagged as handled incorrectly).
Sub-processors
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service: voice orchestration (Vapi), speech-to-text (Deepgram), text-to-speech (ElevenLabs or Cartesia), AI language models (Anthropic or OpenAI), telephony and SMS (Twilio), payments (Razorpay), calendar sync when a customer connects it (Google), error monitoring (Sentry), and our hosting provider. They may process data only to provide services to us.
Retention
By default we keep call recordings for 90 days and transcripts for 1 year, after which they're deleted from our systems. Customers can choose shorter or longer periods. Account and billing records are kept as long as the account is active and as required by law.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that business; reply HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell personal information. Callers can contact the business they called or email us at vivekthakor887@gmail.com; we'll respond within the time required by law.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and sensitive fields at rest, limit staff access, require two-factor authentication for administrators, and log administrative access.
Children
The Service isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
We'll post updates here and email customers about material changes. Contact: vivekthakor887@gmail.com.
