Partner Program Terms

1. Joining

Applications are reviewed by Callivio. We may approve, decline or end a partnership at any time, for example for breaking these terms.

2. Referrals and attribution

A referral is a new business that signs up within 60 days of clicking your link (or entering your code) and was not already a customer. If a business clicks more than one partner link, the most recent valid link gets the referral.

3. Commissions

You earn 20% of each subscription payment a referred business makes during its first 12 months as a paying customer, excluding taxes, usage overage refunds and chargebacks. A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment clears; refunded or charged-back payments reduce or cancel the matching commission.

4. Payouts

Payable commissions are paid monthly, outside the platform, to the payout method in your dashboard. You must provide accurate tax and payout details first; we may issue tax forms (such as a 1099) as required by law.

5. Not allowed

• Referring yourself, your own business or businesses you own or control.
• Bidding on our brand name in paid search or using our name in domains or social handles.
• Spam, unsolicited texts or robocalls, cookie stuffing, or misleading claims (including income or call-volume promises).
• Presenting yourself as Callivio staff.

We flag referrals that share an IP address or payout details with the partner, and may withhold commissions while we review them.

6. Changes

We may change commission rates or these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions already earned keep the rate in effect when the payment was made.
